Our best guess is that she stole every hair extension Naomi Campbell has ever woven into her nappy, crazy head and then made this dress.

Don't rightly know if it can be called a dress, but for lack of a better word...

Anyway, we know that the recent break-up with Rhys Ifans may have left her heartbroken, but we're guessin' she might be brain damaged as well.

There's honestly no other explanation why she wore this out in public.

And that hat! It's got that Charlie Chaplin/jazz dance thing going on, which Sienna must think goes perfectly with someone else's old weave.
