Mainly because no one else is competing. Gold lame is out this year, as it has been every year since its creation.

The only thing that could trip her up on her way to her acceptance speech, though, is that strange bit of skin hanging between her breast and armpit.

Pay attention Academy!

Seeing as the writers are on strike and there might not be prewritten material for the Academy Awards this year, maybe using live statuettes like Posh could make the show more interesting.

And instead of the orchestra always having to interrupt acceptance speeches, Posh could just break into one of the Spice Girls songs to let the person know it was time to leave the stage.

"I'll tell you what I want...what I really, really want!"

That would get anyone off fast!
