Fox Reality is rerunning an oldie but a sick, little goodie. This is truly the dark side of reality TV. The premise: A house full of 6 guys is introduced to a beautiful, young Latina model that seems perfect on the outside but has one outrageous little secret. She, it turns out, is actually a he. She has the boys guessing throughout and keeps them fighting for her affections. This is train wreck TV at its finest.
