Sorry, there's no such thing a Viagra for Dogs.
You really need to be less involved with your dog's life. Let him deal
with his erection problems in a dog sort of way, by howling at the moon or
biting other dogs out of frustration.
If you're so desperate to have your dog love you, just give him a treat. Drugs such as these can only lead to bad things, such as your dog humping your leg and then staining the sofa.
Get a life!
